Villa Padenghe (nuova costruzione)
In questo intervento siamo stati coinvolti per supportare una nota agenzia immobiliare che opera sul lago di Garda nella proposta di vendita di una villa sulle colline di Padenghe. Dovendo catturare un’ampia platea di possibili acquirenti, abbiamo cerchiamo di impostare uno stile moderno, sobrio ed estremamente elegante senza esagerare nella personalizzazione dell’ambiente. Per questo in prevalenza abbiamo scelto di utilizzare colori neutri e soluzioni d’arredo dalle forme sobrie, impreziosite però da materiali nobili come il marmo e la pelle, che conferiscono importanza e qualità all’arredo. Ogni zona risulta ben divisa e fruibile così da rendere estremamentevivibile la casa ai futuri propietari.
